"Old and Older"  Windows 10 Home & QuickBooks Accounting Pro 2009.  Conclusion:  SOL  Right after the most recent Microsoft update, all saved emails and most of my email addresses were deleted also.  Hasn't been a very good time for me lately.  Thank you for asking... anyway.  I think I'll pull the typewriter out of the closet, dust it off, and start creating invoices.  (^__^)
