I know how precious time is for you and the relevance of your funds, @Nicole987. Let's ensure you'll be able to receive an email.

 

First, I recommend reviewing your email folders, including the Spam or Junk folders. If you locate the email in one of these folders, please move it to your inbox. Afterward, add QuickBooks Payments to your contacts. Here are the email addresses to add to your contact list:

 

  • BusinessServices@intuit.com
  • Payments@intuit.com
  • Notification@email.merchantcenter.intuit.com
  • PaymentNotification@email.paymentsolutions.intuit.com
  • ReplyTo@QBDT.intuit.com
  • do_not_reply@intuit.com
  • quickbooks@notification.intuit.com

 

Please send an email to any of these email addresses to ensure that your internet service provider or domain provider recognizes it as a friendly contact. For more detailed information, you can refer to this article: Can't receive email from QuickBooks Payments.

 

However, if you still cannot locate the email, I recommend contacting our Merchant Services Support Team. They will thoroughly investigate the situation and provide a resolution.
