I appreciate what you've done, Beaver. I have an update about the error you encountered when editing products in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Currently, we have an ongoing investigation into the exact error message you've stated. Our engineer is currently working on it and we appreciate your patience as we investigate this further.

For now, I'd recommend you contact our QuickBooks Support Team so that they can add you to the list of affected users and get notified via email when there's an update.

Here's how:
 

  1. From your QuickBooks account, go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose to Contact Us.
  3. Type in your concern, then click on Let's Talk.
  4. Select a way to connect with us:

 

  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
