We have an open investigation about the unexpected behavior where you're not allowed to use the / character when creating or editing products or services in QuickBooks Online. For now, it is best to contact our QuickBooks Online Support Team so they can include you in the list of affected users. Rest assured, you'll receive an email update once it's rectified.

 

Here's how to connect with us:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help icon and click the Search tab.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Provide a brief description of the issue, then Continue.
  5. Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.
