Buy nowHi ShyMae,
Thank you for your quick reply. I have realized that the problem is not with the "Duplicate" button, I was also able to get it to work on my end. I realized that it works just fine as long as I'm not using the "Sub Product/Service" section. I am also able to edit most Products. All except two. These two are mentioned in the issue I outline below.
All of my products in QB are in a "Sub Product/Service" (that's what it is called in QBO, I migrated over from Desktop earlier this year, in QBD it's called "Sub-Folder") that I labeled as "Materials". When I started invoicing today, I noticed that all of my products are now in a "Sub Product/Service" named "04bb683a-4d86-4208-8b93-35acb8582aad". The "Materials" still exists in my Product list but it now has no products at all categorized underneath it. Since my customers can't see the "Sub Product/Service", I had decided to ignore that issue for the time being. However, I'm realizing that I believe this issue is the source of the issues I mentioned in my post.
When creating (or Duplicating) a new product, if I use the "Sub Product/Service" check box and click on either "Materials" or the 04bb683a-4d86-4208-8b93-35acb8582aad, and then hit save, nothing happens. There is no error message, literally nothing happens. It's as though I hadn't clicked the Save and Close button at all. If I create or duplicate a new product and I do not use the "Sub Product/Service" check box at all I am able to save it with no issues at all.
"04bb683a-4d86-4208-8b93-35acb8582aad" is not a Product I created in QBO. It is not even set up properly, it's set up as a Service and not a Non-Inventory Part. And some how all of my products have it as their Sub Product/Service. My best guess is that somehow the new update that ran when I opened QBO earlier today has some sort of glitch that created this bug in my Products.
