I appreciate you joining the thread, Kaplin. I'll share details to help you print those preprinted checks through QuickBooks Online (QBO).

For a precise result when printing the checks you bought from Intuit, you'll want to modify the current print settings inside your company file. This way, you can ensure the system recognizes it as compatible with the program and deliver an accurate outcome. I'll outline the steps to get you going:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right corner, click the Gear icon.
  3. Select Payroll settings.
  4. Click the Pencil icon in the Printing section.
  5. Select the Radio button beside Paychecks on QuickBooks-compatible check paper.
  6. Choose your preferred paycheck result. A reminder, to ensure it prints accurately, click the Align my printer button and configure the current alignment settings. Click the Save button to keep the current set up.
  7. When you're ready, click the Save button and then Done.

If the issue persists, we recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so they can conduct further investigation to determine the root cause of the printing alignment problem. Refer to this page for more information: QuickBooks Online Support.
