I recognize how one of the workstations crashing issues has affected your business tasks, Asolano1. Let me discuss some information on how to handle this.

 

Given that the problem was resolved a month ago, and the same user is still encountering the same issue. Sometimes, a damaged or incompatible operating system can cause this error. An outdated Windows OS that doesn't meet the compatibility requirements of the QuickBooks application may lead to QB crashing errors, and consistently logging out the same user.

 

Since you've already been in contact with our QuickBooks Desktop Support and had the problem resolved, I suggest contacting the support for further assistance in completely resolving the issue.

 

To reach out to our Customer Support Team, you can take the following steps:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks and go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  2. Click Contact Us and give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
  3. Sign in to your Intuit account select Continue and then Continue with my account.
    • If you don't have an account, choose  Create a new account.
  4. We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
    • If you have more than one account, select the account you want to use and then Continue.
  5. Select to chat with us or Have us call you.

 

Our customer support is available for Pro, Premier, and Plus users from 6 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. Enterprise support is available at any time, any day. Please note that support hours may vary due to maintenance, company events, U.S. holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

 

Additionally, remember to update your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release as soon as it's available to ensure you have all the latest components.
