Well, not an actual box, but you can buy QuickBooks Desktop from Intuit and then download it. Which is basically the same thing. I didn't know it, but you can even buy it online from Intuit's site using this page (thanks @CPAAdmin

The final date to purchase new Desktop subscriptions has been extended! You now have until September 30, 2024. After September 30, 2024, Intuit will no longer sell new subscriptions of QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus, Premier Plus, Mac Plus, and QuickBooks Desktop Enhanced Payroll in the United States. 

Existing subscribers can continue to renew their subscription after September 30, 2024. We will continue to provide security updates, product updates, and support for those customers.
