This is your answer?  I'm just trying to print a check.  7 clicks to print a check and get back to where I was.  Try training this to employees?  If you were secretly thinking QBO sucks, you can't reveal it to bright and upcoming employees.  But when you here yourself saying "I don't know, it just takes that many clicks." or "Yes it's been like this for many years, they don't listen."  It might mean, they don't listen.
