You can also contact our Support Team to help you check your account status and provide a thorough explanation. They can also examine the message you received and verify it on their end. Here's how:

 

  1. On the QuickBooks Home page, click the Help icon.
  2. In the Search tab, click Contact Us.
  3. Choose Ask about something else. Then, enter your concern.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
