I can see that being able to print an invoice without a password is convenient and saves time, SuperStar. Let me give you a few details so you'll be guided on what you're supposed to do.

 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the system only requires you to enter a password when you open the actual transaction under the closed dates. As mentioned by my colleague @MirriamM, you can directly click the Print button in the Action column on the Invoices page and this doesn't ask you for a password.

Secondly, for the customer or vendor detail page, you can click the three horizontal lines on the upper part of the search bar for the columns to be adjusted. I've added a screenshot for a visual guide:

After that, this will now show in this format:

Next,  you'll only have to click the Switch to classic view option for the report to revert to the old style.
