QuickBooks File Manager is a standalone application designed for QuickBooks Accountants and QuickBooks Enterprise Accountants. To see the Batch Upgrade menu, you'll need to open your QuickBooks File Manager by clicking the QuickBooks File Manager icon or navigating to your QuickBooks Desktop company file and then go to your Accountant menu.
Afterward, you'll be able to upgrade your selected files. You can also see all unsuccessful upgrades within this window by clicking the List Unsuccessful Upgrades option.
Here's how:
- Go to your Accountant menu then click the QuickBooks File Manager.
- Click Launch QuickBooks File Manager. You can skip steps 1 and 2 if you choose to open your QuickBooks File Manager on your Desktop.
- If you haven't set up your profile yet, enter your Username and preferred Password. Fill out the other details indicated. If you have an existing profile, you can enter your Username and Password.
- Once done, you can click the Batch Upgrade.
- Press Clients, and then Upgrade the selected files.
