I know the procedure to reconcile.  All balances match my statement but I'm still off and do not understand why.  I have been reconciling for 6 years and recently this has happened a few times.  I don't like QB to put a journal in because it shows up on the P&L and doesn't look good when you can't reconcile so what could be causing this?
