@4Gal - unfortunately to use the method described in the link the current Admin username and password are needed and that is what we are seeking to recover.  Who offers a third party " Admin password and username recovery process"?  We have been using QB since early 1990's and our early bookkeeper  ( Admin)  is no longer with us.  We last updated in QB2021 and do not recall this issue then.
