Applying a specific amount to selected invoices is currently unavailable, ipatoday.

The only way to add credit to an invoice is by checking the Apply existing credits box at the bottom of the invoice. I can see how applying for a specific amount would be helpful to you and your business. That said, I encourage you to send a feedback request so this can be considered in a future update.

Here's how:

  1. Choose QuickBooks and select Preferences.
  2. On the Preferences pane, select Feedback.
  3. Click the Enable sending usage data to Intuit check box. The preference is enabled by default.
  4. Close the Preferences window.
  5. From this pane, you can follow a link to the QuickBooks Desktop Mac online forum and/or to an online form for submitting feedback.

Also, I'll be sharing this link that will guide you in emailing sales forms and transactions in Quic...

If you have any other questions about applying credits to an invoice, please let me know. I'm here to help. Take good care.
