I have 2021 running on Windows 11 no more issues than is normal with quickbooks.  It runs fine, quickbooks has always been buggy since I've used it.   It has issues that haven't been fixed since 2014 with each "new" version.

don't pay the monthly fee its a rip off for what little intuit offers.  I've switched to paypal for electronic invoicing and don't need payroll.   so I refused to pay $650 a year in subscription costs per company just so I can pay intuit for the opportunity to charge me transaction fee's on my invoices.   I guess the money they were making wasn't enough.

Payroll can also be handled by 3rd party.
