I have spent countless hours on this issue in the past 2 days. Quickbooks Tool Hub does not fix this issue! Someone suggested doing a manual reset on QB updates In QB go to > Help > Update QuickBooks Desktop > > Go to Update Now tab > Check the box "Reset Update > When finished > close and reopen QuickBooks to install the updates. This worked for me!
