Let's start with accessing your account via incognito mode. This does not store cache that might cause odd behaviors when accessing web-based programs. Below are the shortcut keys you can use depending on your browser type:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari: press Command + Shift +N

Then, log in again to your account. If you no longer see the error message, I recommend going back to your regular browser and clearing the cache to eliminate piled-up data that might cause the issue. If the same thing happens, you can use other supported devices or browsers. Might be that the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.
