Since the issue persists on your end, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team Support. This way, they can take a closer look at your account in a safe environment and find a possible fix. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Give a brief description of your issue, then click Continue.
  4. Choose a way to connect.
