Buy nowBe sure to log into Quickbooks Payments, view those transaction details by selecting the trasaction and see if it is registering as "swiped". My "swipe card" feature came back on and we were using it for about 6 business days. I had to log into that site to check an eCheck fee and noticed all my credit card fees seemed rather high (we have quite a few repeat dollar amounts so these variants in fees stood out to me). I clicked on the most recent one where I 100% knew I "swiped" the card and sure enough it was charging me the non-swiped fee and the details of that transaction show "swiped?..... NO". I now have a case open with them to get my money refunded for these transactions and we are back to processing payment through the Quickbooks Payments login (that swipe card feature has always worked). Very frustrating. I wish there was a better alternative to QB we could easily migrate to.
