A batch deposit returned means the payments deposit didn't go through, and they will be pulled back your Merchant account.

You may also view the status of your deposits by searching them on the Merchant Service Center. Let me walk you through the steps:
- Log in to your Merchant Service Center portal.
- In the Activity & Reports section, select Deposits.
- Enter the appropriate date range and select Search to begin the search.
- The results are displayed on the next window. Select the triangle to the left of the line item to view details for the line. There are also options at the top to print or export the report.
