  1. Navigate to QuickBooks Desktop Support.
  2. Hit the arrow beside the Select tab. 
  3. Choose which QBDT edition you're using.
  4. Enter your question or a description of your concern.
  5. Pick Chat or Callback.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to connect.
