We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, MPSC. We want to ensure this matter is addressed quickly so you can tab through invoice fields accordingly in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

For the time being, we've received similar cases where users like you encountered an issue (cursor goes to the bottom part instead to the next line) using the Tab key when creating invoices. 

 

With the new layout, you need to press the Tab key twice (after entering the details of the previous item) to add a new line item. 

 

In keeping with this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can gather more details and come up with a fix. To do this, here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  2. Select the Search tab.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. Select a topic in the What can we help you with? section.
  5. Choose a way to connect (Have us call you or Chat with us).
