Yes, I agree that beginning May 6th, all Plus and Advanced users will be migrated to the new experience, and there will no longer be a way to return to Classic invoicing for any customers.
In addition, you can create and manage price rules in the new invoice layout but the option to apply it to the transactions is currently unavailable.
In the meantime, you can continue managing the price rules in the old invoice layout. Otherwise, you'll want to manually adjust the price of the items and add a Note to the Customer regarding the adjustments.
