If you're having challenges accessing the test in your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) account, I can provide troubleshooting steps to resolve this.
First, I'd recommend using supported browsers for QBOA to access the Training tab efficiently. Then, sign in to your account through incognito mode:
Go to the Training tab and check if you can view the exam page. If you can, proceed to clear your browser's cache.
If you still can't access the test, one possibility for this is that your browser blocks pop-up windows for the training exam to start. You can follow the steps outlined in this article for the resolution: Why doesn't anything happen when I select a button or link?
Another troubleshooting step we can do is to add the ProAdvisor Training webpage as a trusted site. The Training tab in your QBOA can't load correctly if this webpage is blocked. I'd recommend collaborating with your IT expert for this one. To do this, add the ProAdvisor Training website in your browser: https://https://*.intuittrainingplatform.com.
