I appreciate you joining the conversation, @Sggrooming. I'll outline some troubleshooting steps to resolve the latency issues in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.

 

In some cases, you may experience delays when saving or deleting your invoices due to the corrupted data in your mobile app. Don't worry. You can follow the steps below to resolve these issues. Before doing so, ensure to update your app to its latest release.

 

  1. Switch the Wifi data connection on your device to 4G (varies by device).
  2. Restart the app.
  3. Clear app data. Here's how:
    1. Go to the device Settings and select Apps (varies by device).
    2. Tap the QuickBooks app from the list, then Storage.
    3. Select Clear data.
  4. Restart your device.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
