You can't. Quickbooks has jumped on the money train. No more perpetual licenses for you. Subscription only. That way they can charge you every year multiple times over what Quickbooks would have cost. 

If you have 2021 I would think about keeping it. I'm still running 2018 and there are no copies of 2021 available anywhere. Nothing legitimate anyway. And... Quickbooks in their infinite wisdom will not let you transfer ownership of an old program to someone else so you can't buy a copy of a closed business. Nice...Should be illegal..Probably is.
