If I go to the "Quickbooks Desktop Help/Contact Us" tab within my Desktop Pro 2021, I would be contacted and assisted with purchasing an online subscription for Quickbooks Pro 2024? 

How does Quickbooks Pro 2024 compare to Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2021?  I've read when upgrading to the online subscription, not all files and data migrate from Desktop Pro 2021.  Is this true?
