I want to upgrade from Desktop Pro 2021 to Desktop Pro 2024.  I found a Quickbooks link that appears to allow a direct download of Desktop Pro 2024.  Is this a legitimate, working link?

If it is a legitimate working link:

-Does my existing Desktop Pro 2021 license carry over to the 2024 version?  If not, how do I obtain a new     license so that I can download Desktop Pro 2024?

-If I am able to download, what type of support comes with it?

-If I am able to download, does it become subscription based?  

-Are there significant changes from Desktop Pro 2021 to Desktop Pro 2024?
