We've received similar reports from customers who have encountered an error message, "We can’t delete this project yet. Remove any time entries linked to the project and try again." To be added to the list of affected users, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks support.
Here's how you can reach them:
- Go to the Help menu and press the Search tab.
- Click Contact Us.
- Choose a specific topic or Ask about something else, and type in a short description in the box provided.
- Select Continue, then choose the Chat or Callback option.
Moreover, you can generate a report to obtain an overview of all the projects created and their profitability summary.
