This is what we call the cut-off date when converting data from QB Desktop to QB Online. It appears this info was not explained properly by Intuit Support.

You may have 2 options:

1. Use the migration tool. i.e TPExporter for Desktop and TPImporter for Online.

2. Purchase a third-party migration service. They will migrate new data from QB Desktop to your existing QB Online at the same time you use QB Online.
