What we did as a work around is leave the "rate" a percentage expressed as a decimal (10% + .10) and change the "quantity" to the dollar amount we want it applied to. It does add an extra step in the process but it allowed us to use the same line item from desktop and achieve the same result. And it sure beats having to bust out a calculator every time. If you figure out something better please update the post and let us know.
