Although QuickBooks Desktop Pro (QBDT) 2021 is discontinued, it's still possible to import batch transactions in QuickBooks Desktop Pro (QBDT) 2021 using IIF. Let me add further on this.

You can still consider importing your transactions into QBDT using IIF. However, there are list limits and formatting that need to be considered. Here are the steps to import batch transactions using IIF:

  1. Sign in to your company file as an admin.
  2. Back up your company file before you import IIF files. If you ever run into problems, you can use your backup to restore your data.
  3. If you’re in Multi-user mode, go to the File menu, then select Switch to Single-user Mode.
  4. Go to the File menu, then select Utilities.
  5. Select Import, then select Import IIF.
  6. Select the IIF file you want to import, then select Open.
  7. Select OK to confirm the import.

To learn about the maximum number of lists and the formatting of the IIF file, you can refer to these articles:

If this option doesn't work for you, you can consider 4Gal's suggestion. Alternatively, while I can't suggest a specific third-party app to do a batch import of transactions you can explore one in the Apps for QBDT

If you need to categorize and match transactions in QBDT, let me add this article as a guide: Add and match Bank Feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop
