In checking any possible issues with transferring the funds, I recommend contacting our Payment Support Team to look into this issue, as they have tools to pull up your account and will give you a fix in a secure environment.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online Account
  2. Select Help at the top right.
  3. Type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
