Buy nowIt is now April 2024 and this problem still exists. Six months not fixed. I am a QB Pro Advisor and I can't use the new layout. When I try, it shows it briefly and then goes back to the old layout. This is a HUGE problem because I need to get ready for when the old layout is removed in less than a month. There are so many current features missing in the new layout that I have to completely change how I do invoicing.
This issue is specific to the company. Not the user. Not the web browser. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work for all users in the company for any browser they use. I have access to multiple companies and it is only my company, not my clients', which has the issue.
And while I'm typing this, a big red banner appears that says "ticket mismatch." What's going on over at Intuit?
