Since the issue persists after your troubleshooting efforts, it would be best to contact our Live Support Team so they can initiate a screen-sharing session and investigate your account further. The support representatives have the necessary tools to determine the underlying root cause of the problem. Here's how:

 

  1. From the Menu tab, click Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of the issue in our What can we help you with? field. Then, click Continue.
  4. Choose a way to contact us: 
  •  We’ll contact you for a callback.
  • Message Us to start an instant messaging session.

 

The Support Team will be available from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM for Pro, Plus, and Premier users. Enterprise users will have support available at any time, any day.
