You can use QB Desktop 2021 + a stand alone payroll app (e.g QB Online Payroll, 3rd party payroll apps). You will register your payroll expenses as JE in QB Desktop. Contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA and they can share a cheap 3rd party payroll app. i.e $190 per year + $30/employee/year.
