I understand the importance of managing invoices using the QuickBooks mobile app, Sggrooming. Let's work together to ensure you can resume your tasks smoothly.

 

Beforehand, did you encounter any error messages when creating an invoice? Adding additional details will help us determine its cause. A screenshot would be a great help, too.

 

Let's ensure you have the latest version of the mobile app installed when creating an invoice.

 

Here's how to update the app:

 

  1. Open the Google Play Store application.
  2. Click on the Profile icon located at the top right.
  3. Select Manage apps & device and then choose Manage.
  4. Locate and select the app to update.
  5. Click the Update button.

 

If the issue persists, we can refresh your data to ensure you have downloaded the updated security settings.
