As 4Gal said, you'll have to use the trial version of QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) 2021 or any newer version to upgrade your file and convert it to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I understand the importance of transferring your files from QBDT to QBO. However, if you already tried using the trial version of QBDT 2021 and it persists, I suggest contacting our support to further check what's causing this and determine possible solutions.
Here's how:
- Go to Help.
- Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
- Type in your issue or concern in the field.
- Hit Continue.
- Click the Chat or Callback option.
