Currently, there's a report or similar cases about the issue of being unable to attach files in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

I understand the importance of attaching files in QBO. For now, I recommend contacting our support team so they can add you to the affected users list.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
  3. Type in your issue or concern in the field.
  4. Hit Continue.
  5. Click the Chat or Callback option.
