Thank you john-pero for all the great information, and mostly for putting my mind at ease that QBO had the end user/Company in mind with this arrangement.  I'm still new at QBO, and when compared to QBD, I sometimes feel like QBO was designed more for the needs and benefit of the Accountant than the Company as I'm mourning the loss of some of the QBD features, but not enough to endure reverting.
