they sent an electronic version oddly enough linked to the Quickbooks download site. The license number and product code worked to activate the product however it turns out it does not show up in my account purchases and it is for ONE user only

I am familiar with their scam methods. Basically they only offer QB Desktop 2021 for single users with the same non-subscription license code for everyone. Many victims do not know about CAMPS. Once they need to reset the Admin password or create a new company file, they can't do anything. They have to purchase a 3rd party service to reset the password.

For your case, you should contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA. They may have an option to consider.
