I appreciate you taking the time to express your concern about being unable to print your checks correctly. Since it persists, I suggest contacting our support to further check what's causing this and determine possible solutions. 

Here's how:

1. Click the Help menu.
2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
3. Enter a brief description of your concern, and select Continue.
4. Sign in to your Intuit Account, and select continue.
5. Select chat with us or Have us call you.

These are the Support hours for Pro, Premier, Plus

• M-F 6 AM to 6 PM

For Enterprise, It's any time, any day.
