I can see that you've already reached our QuickBooks chat Support. However, I still recommend contacting our QuickBooks Phone Team. They're the best support group for such inquiries as they can request account information. This way, they can provide you with the validation code based on the details being recorded on their end.

 

In addition, you can also follow the steps shared above on how you can retrieve your validation code if you have registered your QuickBooks software with Intuit. 

 

On the other hand, please note that the QBDT 2013 version has already been discontinued. You will not receive the most recent important security fixes and updates. If you need to continue using this program with proper functionality, you may upgrade to a newer version.
