Hello there, @jmps1. It's nice to hear from you again. I'm here to share some insights regarding your concern about receiving codes through phone instead of email. 

 

In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), the only way you'll access the code sent by us is through your email. I understand that you find it more convenient if the code can be sent to your phone instead. In that case, I suggest sending a feature request to our product engineering team so they can take this into consideration. Here are the steps to follow:

 

  1. Go to Help menu.
  2. Choose Send Feedback Online in the choices.
  3. Select the Product Suggestion option and a pop-up window will appear.
  4. Enter your feedback suggestion.
  5. Click the Send Feedback button.
