I did spend 2 hours on the phone with support yesterday and the guy called at least two other people to watch my screen share while explained to them the situation about 500x. I even scrolled through this chat, to demonstrate it was not just me having a personal problem. They had me void the 1099's I submitted on the 18th (which had already been rejected by the IRS) and create them again for their amusement yesterday. Those have now already been rejected by the IRS... like I told them they would be... because the SSN (XXX-XX-XXXX) is still being converted to EIN format (XX-XXXXXXX). At the end, they finally seemed like they understood, Allegedly, they were going to follow the case to see if they were rejected again. But, there's no flow in their help protocol / training for your QB software is broken and/or improperly programmed. Not that it matters anymore, since they were due to the IRS yesterday.
