Hi there, @acphoto71. I'd be pleased to share some information regarding creating a mileage report that shows your business trips.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) provides a mileage report that displays all the trips, both personal and business, that you've recorded in the system. However, generating a report that only shows your business trips is not currently possible.
In the meantime, I suggest manually customizing your report in Excel so you can make the necessary changes from there.
Furthermore, I can see the significance of being able to do this functionality inside our program. I recommend sending feedback to our engineering team so they can consider adding this feature in the upcoming updates. To do so here's how:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Feedback.
- Enter your comments, then hit Next to submit your feedback.
