Hello there, danielson! It's great to have you here in our Community. Thanks for taking the time to share your concerns about filing 1099s in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Your input is valuable and we're happy to help you out!

At this time, QuickBooks Online only allows you to file your 1099 once unless rejected by the IRS. This means any corrections that may be needed with your forms should be done in a printed copy and sent in by mail directly to the IRS.

It is imperative that you file the corrected one directly to the IRS. You can order forms online at IRS Online Ordering for Information Returns and Employer Returns.

Moreover, you have the option to access all the forms you have filed earlier in QBO. These forms will be available for viewing or printing approximately 35 days after the end of the quarter. Check out this article for complete details: View your previously filed tax forms and payments.

If you have any further questions regarding the filing of 1099s or any other type of tax forms, feel free to reach out to me. I'll be available in the Community to assist you. Stay safe and take care!
