How did you solve this? I called for support and they told me the only way to solve the problem was to buy the forms directly from them. Since I bought "Quickbooks compatible" forms, I did not anticipate this problem and don't have time to purchase directly from Intuit (and would rather not spend $60 on forms I already have...)
