I understand the importance of accessing your books to review and track your transactions. With that said, I'd like to take this opportunity to address the issue.
Since the company file can’t be fixed, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have tools to help you restore your data. I've included the steps to contact support below.
- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue, then select Continue.
- Sign in to your Intuit account select Continue and then Continue with my account.
- If you don't already have an account, make sure to Create a new account.
- We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
- If you have more than one account, select the account you want to use and then Continue.
- Select to chat with us or Have us call you.
If you can't get into your product, we can still help. You can contact us and we'll get you up and running again.
